Salary: ₹23,000 per month, along with applicable benefits as per organizational policy.
Role Summary – Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for district-level implementation of the Birth-to-Three pilot, overseeing parent onboarding, engagement, and field activities, and coordinating training for Anganwadi Workers and Supervisors. Serve as the primary district-level liaison with ICDS officials, ensure accurate digital data collection and timely reporting, and support continuous pilot improvements through field feedback. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, comfort with field travel and digital tools, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
