Salary: 50k-60k per month

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced ECCE Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs to block and field-level functionaries. Based in Lucknow, this role requires significant travel to nearby states to conduct training sessions. You will play a crucial role in strengthening the knowledge and skills of individuals working with young children, contributing to the effective implementation of ECCE and Nutrition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs on ECCE and Nutrition for CDPOs, Block Coordinators, Supervisors, and Anganwadi Workers, utilizing provided training materials.
• Coordinate with the Headquarters team in Delhi and the Regional Office for project implementation and management.
• Provide logistical and technical support to government stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Utilize tech-based monitoring tools and platforms for data management, including basic data cleaning and analysis.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Take ownership of project workstreams and manage them end-to-end.
• Perform other relevant day-to-day operational tasks as required.
• Maintain familiarity with the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) program, its objectives, and structure.
• Travel extensively to nearby states to conduct training programs in the field.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Academic Qualification: Post Graduation in a relevant field such as Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Work Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years of working experience in projects related to education or nutrition.
• Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Language Proficiency: Good working fluency in English and Hindi for central coordination. Fluency in at least one local language relevant to the training states.

Desirable:

• Specific experience in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and/or Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).
• Experience working with Central / State Governments.
• Additional local language proficiency.
• Willingness to learn.
