As a Regional Program Manager, you will lead AIF’s regional initiatives in either Education or Skilling & Livelihoods, managing multi-state program implementation, building high-impact partnerships, and ensuring that strategies are translated into meaningful grassroots change. You will play a key leadership role in scaling AIF’s programs across diverse geographies, while maintaining quality and alignment with organizational goals.
Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of AIF’s education or skilling & livelihoods programs across multiple states.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with government agencies, donors, local NGOs, and key stakeholders.
Drive program quality through robust implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks.
Ensure efficient team management and capacity building of field teams.
Collaborate with central leadership to align regional strategies with national goals.
Represent AIF at regional and national forums, conferences, and donor meetings.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation of impact, and visibility of program outcomes.
Professionals with 10–14 years of relevant experience, preferably in the development sector, education, skills training, livelihoods, or related fields.
Strong background in large-scale program management, strategic leadership, and on-ground implementation.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage government and donor partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
