Program Manager – Skilling & Livelihoods
This role leads end-to-end program delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution, compliance, and impact. You’ll work across teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, donor commitments, and on-ground realities.
Trainer – Digital Skills
This role focuses on delivering engaging, learner-centered training in digital and life skills. It includes onboarding candidates on AIF’s LMS, conducting assessments, supporting placement readiness, and tracking post-placement retention.
