Duties and Responsibilities

School Upgradation

Ensure at least 70% enrolment and attendance of students of 6-night schools
and 2 ELC assigned.
Ensure annual upgradation of schools assigned as per the gradation tool of
Masoom.
100% implementation of School Development Plan for 7 schools and 2 ELC.
Develop Masoom Annual Plans for 7 schools and 2 ELC based on the Annual
Plan of Action of Masoom’s Night School Upgradation Program.
Responsible for the Implementation of monthly plans for all budgeted
activities in 6 schools.
Daily supervision of Masoom’s Night School Teachers’ (School Leaders)
activities/performance by visiting Night Schools.
Assist Program Head in Performance review of School leaders of 7 schools
and 2 ELC.

Stake Holder Management

Build relationships with Head Masters, trustee’s teachers, and SMDC
members through constant interaction for 7 schools and 2 ELC assigned for
planning & implementation of NSTP of Masoom
Be the bridge between the other Program verticals and the students & other
stakeholders of 7 schools and 2 ELC for the integration of Masoom activities
Collaborate with other teams as and when required.

Report & Documentation

Documentation and reporting with the help of the Monitoring & Evaluation
tools of Masoom.
Prepare specific reposts and provide data as per donor requirement

Budget Utilization

Ensure 100% budget utilization of the budget assigned to 7 schools and 2 ELC as per the quarterly plans developed in the given time frame

Other Activities

Responsible for the management of work assigned to Volunteers of 7 schools
and 2 ELC.Assist the Senior Management of Masoom in organizational plans as and when
necessary
