Recruitment:
Implement the recruitment process to ensure that all positions are filled up promptly with the right person for the job and as per the approved Resource Plan for the year
Participate in interviews and coordinate the Recruitment process.
Ensure that there is an adequate database of potential recruits to minimize recruitment cycle time
Implement and coordinate induction for all new joiners.
Performance Management:
Ensure that KRAs are set across different levels and are communicated to the employees
Implement the performance management system. Ensure that all employees are aware of the system
Training & Development:
Organize non-Program related Training Programs such as soft skills programs
Track the effectiveness of programs
HR administration:
Maintain employee database, ensure all filing is done and all documentation related to personnel records is completed
Implement HR policies such as office timing, leave management, entitlements, etc., and make amendments as per requirement
Attendance Processing:
Ensure timely execution of the attendance process and submit the same to Finance Manager.
MIS & Reporting:
Regular reporting as per MIS requirements on numbers joining per month, attrition data, cost per hire, etc.
Prepare initial recommendations based on analysis of numbers to ensure cost-effectiveness and greater efficiency
Statutory compliances:
Ensure all statutory compliances adhere
Exit Processes:
Conduct exit interviews of employees leaving the organization
Conduct the final settlement procedure for exiting employees
Employee Welfare:
Conduct periodic employee welfare events and programs
Be the first point of contact for employee grievances and redressal of complaints
