Reporting directly to the Founders, this role owns the entire hashtag#employee life cycle, with a deep focus on Organisation Development (OD) and hashtag#Learning & Development (hashtag#L&D). It sits at the center of culture, capability, and care.
In this role, you will:
โข Lead OD and hashtag#L&D initiatives that help teams grow with purpose
โข Oversee hashtag#recruitment, HR systems, and hashtag#compliance with consistency
โข Use people insights and hashtag#data to guide hashtag#leadership decisions
โข Build a culture rooted in trust, integrity, and inclusion
โข Shape onboarding, engagement, performance, and hashtag#HR business partnering
You will grow here if you bring 12โ18 years of HR experience, lead independently with empathy, and believe culture is built every day through choices, conversations, and care.
