Sense International India is expanding its Capacity Building team and we’re hiring for two Trainer roles: 

• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠
• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭)

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell): 

• Designing and delivering engaging trainings, both online and offline
• Working closely with partner organisations, families and professionals
• Building knowledge around deafblindness, disability inclusion and accessibility
• Managing online courses and LMS platforms
• Creating training modules, manuals and learning resources
• Documenting impact, learning and stories from the field
• Training and interpreting in Indian Sign Language and tactile sign

• Professionals with backgrounds in disability, therapy, education or ISL

• Strong communicators in Hindi and English (ISL expertise for the ISL role)
